The weather has had everyone feeling spring (and even summer!) this week in Ocean City, and that includes the Pizza Tugos family. There’s just something about sunshine and warm weather that makes you crave a cold craft beer from the Tap Room at Tugos. It’s certainly got us looking forward to long days spent enjoying our rooftop Tiki Bar! But before we get to spring, we’ve got St. Patrick’s Day to celebrate. The St. Patrick’s Day Parade is one of our favorite Ocean City events, as the whole town turns out to enjoy the festivities. It’s an all-ages event, with floats parading from 58th Street south to 45th Street. Kids can enjoy candies and other goodies that are tossed into the crowd, while adults get to partake in some green beer at the 45th Street Village. Over 150 teams are headed to town over the next four weekends for the annual St. Patrick’s Indoor Soccer Tournament in Ocean City, which means we’ll be ready to serve ALL of the hungry players and families. From pizza and pasta, to salads and subs, we’ve got your entire team covered over the next four weekends of play. For kids, we not only offer a Kids Menu, but we also provide free dough to play with…plus a toy! What’s more, our West OC location has an entire game room to keep the kids happy while you unwind. It’s hard to believe that the 2016 Super Bowl is upon us….or that it will be Super Bowl 50 for that matter! Last week’s playoffs certainly brought a lot of excitement to the Tugos Taproom as Patriots fans suffered a loss in the highly anticipated showdown between Peyton Manning and Tom Brady. Manning and his Broncos proved triumphant, securing a spot in Super Bowl 50 to face-off against the seemingly unstoppable (come on they are 17-1 after all) Carolina Panthers. Cam Newton has impressed all season long, but will it be enough to take down a seasoned veteran like Manning? Well, we’ll find out on February 7 won’t we!
