Last weekend marked some major shakeups in the NFL Divisional Playoff games. For our local Ravens fans, the loss was a major blow to hopes at another Super Bowl run, but despite narrowly losing out to the New England Patriots, the game was still a good one, with some serious nail biting moments. Panthers fell, as did Peyton Manning and the Broncos and Tony Romo and his Cowboys. Coming out on top were the Seattle Seahawks, Green Bay Packers, New England Patriots, and the Indianapolis Colts. While none of our local teams are in the mix, we are still excited to revel in all the NFL Playoff action this weekend at Tugos! We’ll start with the libations. The holiday madness is winding down, and just in time to gear up for NFL playoff madness at Pizza Tugos! As your football headquarters, you can guarantee we are primed and ready for all of the 2015 NFL playoff games, including this weekend’s wild card rounds. Sure, we’re excited to see the Carolina Panthers battle it out against the Arizona Cardinals Saturday evening, but the real local excitement will happen at 8:15 when the Pittsburgh Steelers face off against the Baltimore Ravens. The holiday season is in full force in Ocean City and our surrounding towns, with area parades, Christmas tree lightings, lights displays and more happening just about every night of the week. Perhaps our most favorite holiday event is the annual Winterfest of Lights. Held each year at Northside Park in North Ocean City, the winter spectacular features over one million sparkling lights and hundreds of lighted displays.
