Memorial Day Weekend in Ocean City, MD

It feels like just yesterday we were getting ready for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and the new year of 2017. The good news is, summer is only 28 days away! Ocean City, MD is ready to kick-off the summer season with plenty of fun events in our favorite beach town! So grab your planner and pen and start jotting these down if you’re planning on visiting Ocean City, MD during Memorial Day Weekend!

What better way to ring in the summer season in OCMD than with a FREE movie night? On Friday, May 26th Northside Park will feature a free movie to visitors in Ocean City, MD starting at 8:30 p.m. Grab your popcorn, a blanket, and your most comfortable beach chair and enjoy the show. Previews start at dusk so be there or be square!

On Saturday, May 27th, Ocean City, MD will feature its first 100 Nights of Lights debut surrounding N. Division Street and the Boardwalk. These bright lights will run nightly through Labor Day from 9-11 p.m. Searchlights will move to the music creating a dance floor on the boardwalk. So come get jiggy with it and help OCMD celebrate their first season of 100 Nights of Lights!

The Spring Arts & Crafts Show is a two day long free event featuring a wide variety of displays including garden accessories, jewelry, florals, candles, nautical items, homemade crafts and so much more! We can all agree that shopping can make you hungry. Don’t fret! Handmade chocolates, fudge and dip mixes will also be available.
